Job summary

Alma is seeking a Business Analyst in Revenue Operations to turn data into strategic insights. You will model revenue data, build dashboards, and partner with Marketing, Partnerships, Sales and Product to drive growth across Europe.

You will work with SQL, Looker, Python and AI-assisted tools while collaborating with the Central Data Team to ensure data quality and impactful decisions. This role is based in Paris with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in SQL and data modelling.
• 2 to 4 years experience in data analysis/business analysis.
• Strong proficiency in data visualisation; Looker & LookML is a plus.
• Curiosity and eagerness to work with AI-assisted tools.
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with dbt, BigQuery or GCP.
• Degree in a quantitative field (CS, Statistics, Engineering, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end revenue data modelling pipeline.
• Build models using additional data sources to answer revenue questions.
• Improve and maintain existing models and dashboards.
• Drive data-driven insights to support growth and strategy.
• Collaborate with Central Data Team to ensure data quality.
• Develop tools to monitor revenue performance and KPIs.
