Alma, a leader in BNPL solutions in France and across Europe, is seeking a strategic finance professional to own a P&L component, build business plans, and drive performance insights. You will partner with commercial, product and operations teams to influence decisions with data-driven recommendations.

With 6–7 years in strategic finance and a strong focus on unit economics, you will shape AI-enabled workflows that transform how the finance team works while expanding across European markets.

Qualifications

• 6–7 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A or similar analytical role in a fast-growing company.
• Able to build a business plan from raw data and reason about unit economics.
• Strong appetite for AI and experience with AI-assisted workflows.

Responsabilités

• Own your piece of Alma's P&L and maintain its business plan.
• Run key finance processes within your scope (pricing, merchant performance, cost/margin analysis).
• Be a true partner to commercial, product and operations teams and offer data-driven recommendations.
• Prototype and scale AI-assisted workflows to improve finance operations.
