Job summary

Alma is looking for a Revenue Systems Lead to own the revenue tech stack, with Salesforce at its core, in Paris. You’ll shape architecture, governance and scalable processes to support growth across markets and products.

Work closely with Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, Finance and Data to translate business needs into durable systems. A strong owner mindset and fluency in French and English are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of experience in Sales Systems, Revenue Operations, Business Systems, Solutions Engineering or a similar go-to-market systems role, ideally in a high-growth or fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Own Alma's Revenue systems architecture and Salesforce roadmap, ensuring the wider Revenue stack works as one coherent system.
• Translate new markets, products and sales motions into scalable system decisions.
• Work with Sales, Account Management, Partnerships and Finance to understand needs and determine what to build.
• Decide what to build, what not to build and when specialist engineering support is required.
• Collaborate with the Central Data Team and Looker/Data Warehouse to ensure CRM data is trustworthy and useful.
• Help reporting reflect how the business actually operates, not just what the system tracks.
• Use AI-assisted workflows to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
