Job summary

Alo Yoga is seeking an Operations Lead to drive profitability and efficiency in our Cannes store. You will lead inventory and stockroom processes, manage shipments and floor replenishment, and uphold visual standards and a safe working environment.

As a key member of the store leadership team, you will coach and develop staff, partner with managers on budgets and vendor relationships, and ensure excellent guest service and operational execution across all store functions.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership with strong decision making.

• Lead inventory management and maximize accuracy while reducing shrink.
• Oversee shipments, receiving and processing, and floor replenishment.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Support safe work environment and efficient operation through stockroom standards.
• Partner with managers on budgets, expenses, inventory control and facilities.
