ALO in Saint-Tropez, France seeks an Operations Lead to drive profitability and efficiency in store operations. You will work closely with the Operations & Visual Manager to delegate tasks, coach the team, and deliver strong inventory control and guest experiences.

You will manage inventory accuracy, shipments, floor replenishment, and visual standards while building schedules and supporting a safe, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Prior client-centric sales experience and leadership capabilities.
• Strong decision-making and feedback orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with desire to achieve results as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work a full shift.

Responsabilités

• Lead inventory management to maximise accuracy and minimise shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with GM to close process gaps.
• Oversee shipments, receiving, processing, and in-store replenishment.
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Support safe store operations and stockroom efficiency.
• Partner with Ops & Visual Manager on reporting, budgets and vendor relations.
• Move dynamically on the floor to support business needs and guests.
