Qualifications

• Experience in logistics tracking and shipment monitoring.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work with carriers, 3PLs, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software is required.
• Knowledge of shipping regulations is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor shipments from origin to destination for on-time delivery.
• Provide real-time updates to carriers, drivers and internal teams.
• Identify delays and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.
• Maintain shipment status records and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Suggest routing and efficiency improvements to optimize delivery.
