Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Support Specialist (SaaS | SQL) based in France, with remote work from Poland. You will troubleshoot complex issues across databases, applications, and infrastructure in a live SaaS environment, using SQL to diagnose incidents and maintain high system reliability.

You will collaborate with enterprise clients, engineers, and stakeholders, escalating as needed, and expanding your expertise toward senior support, DevOps, or engineering-focused roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in technical support within SaaS or software.
• Proven ability to write SQL queries and investigate live systems.
• Experience supporting web-based applications in production.
• Ability to troubleshoot across databases, apps, and networks.
• Comfort with remote environments and RDP access.
• Strong English communication and concise technical explanations.
• Proactive, autonomous, and able to own investigations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production issues across databases, applications, and infrastructure.
• Write and run SQL queries for diagnostics and root-cause analysis.
• Monitor and maintain performance of production environments.
• Communicate findings to clients and coordinate troubleshooting with engineers.
• Escalate complex cases and collaborate with distributed teams.
• Maintain documentation and improve internal support processes.
• Support systems involving Azure, SQL Server, .NET, Angular, and integrations.
• Investigate integrations and tools like SSO, payment platforms, and Power BI.
