Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Support Specialist - Finance for a fully remote position based in France. You will resolve finance-related queries and optimize system configurations for veterinary practice management software, acting as a trusted contact for customers.

The role combines financial knowledge with technical problem-solving and collaboration across support, sales, implementation, marketing, and product teams to improve customer experiences and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Background in finance, accounting, or payments.
• Experience providing customer support in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; other languages are a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to resolve issues effectively.
• Ability to manage several cases and competing priorities while meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary support contact for customers, delivering high-quality assistance.
• Build and maintain relationships, escalate as needed to resolution.
• Help customers configure and use finance-related features (invoicing, VAT, reporting, integrations).
• Provide clear guidance on using the software to fit customer needs.
• Manage multiple requests while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate across Support, Sales, Implementation, and Product teams to improve workflows.
