Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Payment Support Specialist for a fully remote role based in France. You will be the primary contact for users and partners, guiding them through payment processes, resolving transaction issues, and advising on financial products.

You will work with product, engineering, and testing teams to troubleshoot and improve service quality in a fast-growing fintech environment. You will join an international, distributed team, leveraging CRM and support tools to deliver timely,

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support, preferably fintech, payments, or digital products.
• Practical understanding of payment processes, gateways, and troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer assistance via email, live chat, and tickets.
• Resolve payment-related inquiries, including status and failed payments.
• Explain payment flows and options to users and partners clearly.
• Investigate issues and collaborate with tech teams to resolve complex cases.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and incidents in CRM and tickets.
