Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Technical Solution Enablement Lead based in France to develop training programs for internal field teams and external partners, translating product capabilities into practical learning paths and certification programs. This is a fully remote role with collaboration across North America and Europe.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, enablement, or related field.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, data flows, security principles, and complex IT environments.
• Experience developing technical learning materials, enablement programs, or technical readiness initiatives.
• Familiarity with partner ecosystems and systems integrators for consistent delivery.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across engineering, product, services, and sales teams.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Define technical competency requirements for architects, consultants, partner engineers, and related roles.
• Lead technical enablement programs supporting launches, deployments, and product adoption.
• Translate product capabilities into structured learning journeys, playbooks, and certifications.
• Design and coordinate labs, bootcamps, workshops, and certification activities.
• Build and maintain a centralized library of reference architectures and implementation resources.
• Develop onboarding programs for systems integrators and delivery partners.
• Gather feedback and communicate gaps and trends to engineering and curriculum teams.
• Coordinate with learning platforms to align training with learning journeys and LMS access.
• Participate in solution design engagements to capture practical lessons for training materials.
• Measure enablement effectiveness using certifications, productivity, deployment quality, and trends.
• Continuously improve content to support evolving product capabilities and global priorities.
