Jobgether is seeking a System Administrator I in France for a remote-first role supporting clients across Windows, macOS, and cloud environments. You will manage Windows Server instances, Azure Entra ID, and Microsoft 365, while maintaining secure, reliable IT operations and high client satisfaction.

You will collaborate with technical teams, mentor junior staff, and participate in on-call rotations. Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of professional IT support or sysadmin experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS environments.
• Experience with Windows Server 2016–2025 administration.
• VMware and Hyper-V virtualization experience.
• Microsoft 365 administration and Azure Entra/AD knowledge.
• Networking fundamentals including firewalls and switches.
• Experience supporting business applications including Sage ERP and QuickBooks.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows/macOS across clients.
• Manage server environments and ensure availability and performance.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and cloud services; support Entra ID/Azure/AD.
• Maintain virtualized environments with VMware/Hyper-V.
• Support office software and business applications; coordinate vendor assistance.
• Maintain network connectivity; troubleshoot firewall and switch issues.
• Support endpoint security, backups, mobile devices, and security tooling.
• Escalate issues as needed and share knowledge with teammates.
• Deliver professional client service and accurate documentation of work.
• Meet KPIs: CSAT, quality scores, ticket time, first-touch resolution.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support.
• Complete required training and certifications.
