Jobgether SRL is seeking a DevOps Customer Support Engineer based in France to help customers troubleshoot complex infrastructure in a fully remote, international environment.

You will work at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, IaC, and customer support, assisting with both SaaS and self-hosted deployments, while guiding customers through configuration and deployment challenges. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of DevOps experience with IaC, CI/CD, Docker.
• Hands-on with AWS/GCP/Azure and Linux.
• Strong problem-solving and clear technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-channel technical support for complex infra issues.
• Analyze logs and traces to identify root causes.
• Troubleshoot SaaS and self-hosted deployments.
• Document issues and contribute to knowledge base.
