Lever, Inc. is seeking a highly autonomous, English-speaking professional to own the full revenue cycle for a fast-growing roofing and construction business. You will manage from estimates to invoicing, collections, and cash reconciliation, optimizing systems and reporting across projects.

You’ll work remotely with project managers, sales, and insurers, driving automation and strong financial visibility while maintaining accuracy and timely payments across active projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience in US-based companies, with AR and revenue ops focus.
• Experience in construction, roofing, field services, or project-based environments.
• Experience managing a full estimate-to-cash or project billing cycle.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online; familiarity with JobNimbus, AccuLynx, CompanyCam preferred.
• Experience with insurance billing and supplements; Xactimate a plus.
• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience improving processes and implementing automation in growing trades.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end revenue operations: invoicing, progress billing, receivables, collections.
• Review invoices against contracts and docs for accuracy.
• Investigate billing discrepancies with project teams and customers.
• Communicate with homeowners, clients, insurers, and subcontractors on invoicing.
• Lead collections to support healthy cash flow.
• Support revenue reporting, job costing, and project-level analytics.
• Optimize QuickBooks Online, JobNimbus, and similar platforms.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve revenue operations.
• Translate financial data for non-finance stakeholders.
• Contribute to scalable revenue processes in a growing construction environment.
