Zelh, a fast-growing outsourcing company, is looking for an Accounting Assistant for a logistics client. You will support daily financial and accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, billing, and reporting to ensure accurate records and timely invoicing.

Key duties include DNI management, daily invoicing, aging and terms monitoring, payment application, collections coordination, weekly AR and AP reporting, and vendor/carrier record maintenance.

Qualifications

• High precision in data entry and financial reconciliation.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to meet weekly reporting, billing, and collection deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and A/R/A/P workflows.
• Ability to handle confidential financial records with integrity.

Responsabilités

• Manage accounts receivable, including DNI, invoicing, aging and payment application.
• Coordinate collections and monitor aging; prepare weekly AR reports.
• Verify carrier/vendor invoices against delivery docs; maintain records.
• Assist with financial reporting and process improvements; organize digital files.
• Support special projects and use QuickBooks Online for accounting tasks.
