Brevo is seeking a Sales Support specialist focused on billing and invoicing. You will manage billing relationships, align processes with accounting rules, and support the Sales team through the customer lifecycle from onboarding to collections.

The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration across Finance and Sales, and a proactive approach to cash flow. A remote-friendly setup and an international, growth-driven environment are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in billing and invoicing.
• Experience with billing systems and tools.
• Strong financial and accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Rigorous and detail-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients on billing matters.
• Ensure billing processes align with accounting rules and drive improvement.
• Support sales in resolving billing disputes and flag issues.
• Manage administrative follow-up of orders, contracts, and POs.
• Register and manage Enterprise subscriptions and issue invoices per terms.
• Support monthly closing with invoice lists and revenue matching.
• Monitor outstanding payments and assist Cash Collection.
• Execute cash collection to reduce overdue receivables.
• Mitigate risk and negotiate payment plans with Sales, CS, Finance, and Ops.
