Job summary

Granular Energy offers a 100% remote role focused on day-to-day account management for a portfolio of European customers. You will answer platform questions, manage data and API issues, onboard new clients, drive adoption, and support renewals and upsell in collaboration with the Commercial team.

Strong communication and Excel data skills are essential. We value energy expertise, a proactive, highly organized mindset, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years' experience in a B2B or enterprise customer-facing role.
• Energy sector experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with data.

Responsibilities

• Be primary contact for accounts, handling day-to-day requests and first-level support on platform usage, data and API questions.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles, FAQs and onboarding guides.
• Keep account records up to date in HubSpot and Notion, flag risks early.
• Prepare QBRs and coordinate with teams to feed customer voice into roadmap.
• Support renewals and spot upsell opportunities with Commercial team.
