Qualifications

• Native/Fluent German or Italian (C2) with professional English.
• Entry-level to 2 years in Sales or BD or customer-facing roles.
• Familiar with CRM systems and cold calling strategies.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospecting tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Outbound sales and high-volume cold calling to generate qualified leads.
• Lead generation and pipeline development for German or Italian markets.
• CRM management and accurate tracking of activities in HubSpot/Salesforce.
• Draft cold email sequences and coordinate with Account Executives.
