Lucca in Paris is looking for our first Sales Development Representative to join the German team and help Lucca grow in the German market. You will be a cornerstone of this adventure and report to the Country Manager Germany.

You will participate in defining and executing the business development strategy, bring high-potential leads, and work with Marketing and Product teams to shape our local approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or an SDR role in SaaS.
• Native-level German and daily English usage (and French/Spanish optional).
• Enjoy outbound sales, targets and building opportunities from scratch.
• Clear, structured career path toward a Business Developer role.

Responsabilités

• Be the first contact for potential clients via email, phone, LinkedIn, or other channels.
• Understand needs behind every lead; we listen before we pitch.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve lead generation and qualification.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
• Share insights with the product team to align with market needs.
• Rigorously use Salesforce and Outreach in daily workflows.
