Synera is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the DACH market. You will be the first voice to prospects, turning curiosity into conversations and opportunities, while learning to position an AI product that delivers value.

You will spend time on outreach, follow ups, and discovery calls, working with Sales and Marketing to shape market strategies for the US and international customers. You thrive in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in outbound B2B SaaS sales.
• Experience with AI, CAD, CAE, or engineering software is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English in an international environment.

Responsabilités

• Build and qualify pipeline by turning cold outreach into meetings.
• Engage senior leaders via email, LinkedIn, and calls (60+ activities/day).
• Shape targeted outbound campaigns with Marketing to optimize messaging.
• Deliver compelling storytelling to demonstrate value of Synera’s AI solutions.
• Analyze outreach performance and continuously refine the SDR playbook.
