Jobgether is seeking a Senior GTM Marketing Manager based in France to translate go-to-market priorities into actionable marketing plans that drive acquisition and brand growth across a global, remote-first organization.

You will own campaign execution, leveraging AI-powered automation and hands-on channel leadership to deliver measurable business results while coordinating with Product, Sales and external partners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of substantial marketing experience with measurable B2B results.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one marketing channel with hands-on campaigns.
• Strong execution skills from strategy to implementation with timelines and budgets.
• Experience managing contractors or agencies and coordinating small teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, able to influence without authority.
• Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals: positioning, segmentation, tracking, funnel optimization.
• Regular use of LLMs/AI tools in marketing workflows with quality control.

Responsibilities

• Translate GTM priorities into actionable marketing plans with objectives, budgets and timelines.
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns in your strongest channels for measurable results.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and accelerate campaign execution.
• Coordinate contractors, agencies, and internal contributors with briefs and reviews.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales to align marketing with commercial goals.
• Monitor spend, lead quality, and pipeline contribution to assess ROI.
• Analyze CRM data to identify improvements and budget reallocations.
• Identify gaps in capabilities and engage specialists when needed.
