Absorb is seeking a dynamic Manager, Business Development to lead and scale our outbound BDR team for Absorb LMS. You’ll coach reps, refine talk tracks, and drive results through targeted prospecting and multi-touch campaigns.

Reporting to the VP of Business Development, you’ll own prospecting workflows, optimize pre-call planning, and ensure alignment with sales quotas while fostering collaboration and accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading outbound sales teams and coaching reps to hit quota.
• Ability to design and optimize multi-touch prospecting campaigns.
• Strong data-driven mindset with metrics-led decision making.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of outbound BDRs in a collaborative environment.
• Review talk tracks, emails, and messaging strategies regularly.
• Own prospecting workflows and campaigns to target defined customer profiles.
• Ensure campaign objectives are executed with attention to detail, and drive pipeline growth.
• Provide regular feedback and scale processes with leadership to support growth.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly metrics to ensure performance alignment and quota attainment.
• Communicate Absorb value proposition to new prospects and qualify leads effectively.
• Collaborate with account teams to develop strategic call and account plans.
