Overview
360Learning is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our DACH team. Your role will consist of generating opportunities from 360Learning top priority, highest potential accounts. As the owner of these accounts, you will be in charge of creating business opportunities for DACH Account Executives through inbound and outbound leads qualification. You will leverage bleeding‑edge Sales Development Techniques & tools to engage prospects.
Ramp Timeline
Within 1 Month
- Finish onboarding and begin core role as a BDR.
- Master pitch and qualification methodology.
- Start qualifying leads and create first opportunities for AEs.
Within 3 Months
- Fully master tool stack and ramp up.
- Act as partner to Account Executives.
- Qualify first SQL opportunities.
- Prioritize inbound and outbound leads pipeline and forecast performance.
- Polish qualification method to advanced level.
- Master SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong.
Within 6 Months
- Be fully ramped on inbound and outbound methodologies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly quotas of Sales Qualified Leads.
- Partner with Marketing to improve lead quality and bring innovative lead generation ideas to weekly meetings.
- Research trends and best practices for creating interest and engagement.
Within 12 Months
- Contribute as subject‑matter expert on the 360Learning platform and share knowledge with the organization.
- Be involved in onboarding new members of the team.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by qualifying inbound and outbound leads and pitching the product to interested prospects.
- Detect customer pain points, understand their context, and present the 360Learning value proposition.
- Collaborate closely with marketing operations, demand gen, and sales to ensure continuous learning and coaching.
Skills & Qualifications
- First experience in a B2B SaaS environment, as a BDR, SDR or Inside Sales.
- Previous experience in inbound lead generation and/or outbound.
- Preferred: experience using Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Gong.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Active listening skills and ability to uncover customer needs.
- Fluent German and fluent English (B2 level or equivalent).
