Commify is seeking a super-talented HR Coordinator to join our Global People Team in Lyon and Nice, supporting a diverse HR and Payroll admin service across France. You will manage lifecycle processes, payroll, HRIS data, recruitment support, and labour relations in a matrix, multi-country environment.

Fluent French and English are required, with international experience and a proactive, empathetic approach to ensure compliance and high employee satisfaction while contributing to strategic HR

Qualifications

• Experience in a matrix organisation and HR Shared Services Centre.
• Hands-on HR administration, payroll support, HRIS experience.
• International experience is essential.

Responsabilités

• Manage lifecycle processes: offers, contracts, pre-employment checks, onboarding, probation, amendments, offboarding.
• Handle France payroll, benefits, liaise with payroll providers while ensuring compliance.
• Maintain employee data in HiBOB (HRIS) and manage JML processes.
• Support regional recruitments with Global Talent and Development team.
• Support CSE labour relations and drafting official minutes.
• Ensure compliance with French health and safety regulations and occupational health.
• Manage HR inbox and escalate complex issues with timely communication.
• Prepare management reports and assist on HR projects and system implementations.
