Commify, a CPaaS leader with a global footprint, is seeking a super-talented HR Coordinator to join its Global People Team in Lyon and Nice. You’ll deliver diverse HR and payroll administration, ensuring regional compliance and a smooth employee lifecycle.

Required experience in HR Shared Services, EMEA payroll support, and HRIS, with strong data skills and fluent French and English. This role offers remote working options, generous benefits, and a path to influence our people strategy across

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration and payroll operations within a matrix/Shared Services environment.
• Solid knowledge of EMEA payroll processes and regional compliance.
• Proven ability to work with HRIS and deliver accurate data-driven insights.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end HR lifecycle processes and onboarding for France.
• Oversee France payroll and support global/EMEA payroll operations, including benefits administration.
• Maintain HR data in HiBOB HRIS and ensure JML processes and communications with Finance.
