Lever, Inc. on behalf of a partner company is seeking a Global Entity Operations Associate based in France. The role centers on keeping international corporate structures compliant and scalable, coordinating across jurisdictions and with external partners to support rapid global growth.

You will work with Finance, Payroll, HR Operations and Legal to manage licenses, UBO reporting, KYC filings, and governance, while building robust processes for scalable expansion and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, International Affairs, or another relevant field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in international operations, project management, entity setup/maintenance, legal operations or compliance.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations and corporate maintenance for global entities across multiple jurisdictions.
• Track and coordinate compliance obligations including license renewals, UBO reporting, and KYC filings.
• Support international expansion by coordinating entity setup and operating infrastructure.
• Source and manage external legal, corporate, compliance, and local infrastructure providers.
• Support project management for expansion initiatives and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, HR Operations, Legal, and other teams on entity matters.
• Maintain records and data to ensure audit readiness.
• Assist audits, regulatory inspections, and internal reviews with documentation.
• Identify gaps and risks in entity management and develop practical solutions.
• Help establish scalable processes for global entity operations.
