Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Global Payroll Implementation Country Lead based in France to spearhead multi-country payroll projects and ensure compliant, efficient delivery.

You will guide project teams, coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders, and drive standardised processes while mentoring Payroll Generalists and collaborating with product and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive payroll experience in a client or managed environment.
• Expert knowledge of Dutch payroll legislation and local requirements.
• Experience leading payroll implementations across international setups.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, reconciliations and controls.
• Proficient with SAP, Excel and Google Sheets; excellent communication.

Responsabilités

• Act as payroll SME for Netherlands; guide local processes and implementation considerations.
• Lead global payroll implementation projects from inception to go-live and handover.
• Develop detailed implementation plans, timelines and priorities.
• Be main contact for customers and internal stakeholders; communicate decisions clearly.
• Establish standardised processes and documentation for BAU delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs; identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Mentor Payroll Generalists and collaborate with product and operations teams.
• Support platform improvements; assist with UAT, validation and releases.
