Nous Ventures launches a scaling, heavily regulated international business in France and needs one person to lead the subsidiary and own it end to end. You'll be the legal face of the operation, responsible for statutory filings, licenses, compliance, AML, data protection, and dealings with authorities, banks and regulators.

You'll own the asset control process end to end and bear genuine statutory responsibility as the legal representative of the company.

• Strong regulatory, compliance or entity-management background is non negotiable.
• Spanish and English speaking is a MUST.

• Represent the subsidiary before public authorities, regulators, courts and banks.
• Own statutory filings, licences, corporate records and registrations.
• Run local AML, data protection and regulatory compliance; coordinate inspections and legal matters.
• Oversee asset control process end to end, including receipt, verification, custody and transfer of assets.
• Carry genuine statutory responsibility as the legal representative of the company.

You'll be the legal face of an entire country operation.

Your name on the entity. Your signature on the filings. Your neck on the line.

A scaling, heavily regulated international business is launching in France, and they need one person to lead the subsidiary and own it end to end.

Your mission is to keep the entity lawful, compliant and properly represented, and to be the person the authorities, banks and regulators deal with directly.

You'll represent the subsidiary before public authorities, regulators, courts and banks - the serious stuff.

You'll own the statutory filings, licences, corporate records and registrations - the boring (but important) stuff.

You'll run local AML, data protection and regulatory compliance, coordinate inspections and legal matters, and oversee the asset control process end to end, the receipt, verification, custody and transfer of the assets - finally, the fun stuff!

Let's be clear, you'll carry genuine statutory responsibility as the legal representative of the company, so you need the judgment and the backbone to hold it.

Strong regulatory, compliance or entity-management background is non negotiable. We will not speak to anyone without serious regulatory experience.

Spanish and English speaking is a MUST.

Suitable for that high ownership someone who wants to be the business on the ground, own it, and answer for it.

Not for someone who's unsure if they want their neck on the line, or hasn't worked in a small, scaling business before.
