Lever, Inc. is seeking a Vendor Support Contractor based in France to provide essential operational support for a growing vendor management program.

You will manage accounts, records, communications, and documentation, and assist project teams in selecting suitable vendors by language pairs, rates, availability, and prior performance. The role is remote and full-time (≈40 hours/week) with rolling three-month terms.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable managing recurring administrative and operational tasks while maintaining quality.
• Experience using mail merge or similar tools for bulk and targeted communications.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace apps (Sheets/Docs/Drive).
• Familiarity with shared email and customer/vendor communication platforms.

Responsabilités

• Onboard new users and provision accounts and credentials across systems.
• Maintain vendor information including rates, contact details and availability.
• Prepare and send vendor communications and announcements.
• Track responses and follow up as required.
• Assist project managers in identifying suitable vendors by language pairs, rates, and availability.
• Respond to inbound questions from linguists and vendors via email.
