Lever, Inc. is seeking an Onboarding Operations Specialist to join our remote-first team. You will own the end-to-end onboarding journey for employees globally, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a high level of service.

You will collaborate with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, Payroll, and other cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, introduce automation, and scale onboarding in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, ideally within people operations or HR operations.
• Understanding of employment contracts and other legally binding documents.
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Business-level English communication.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-priority management.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new employees on time.
• Own onboarding cases from start to finish and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, Payroll.
• Review and manage employment contracts and docs.
• Maintain accurate, secure employee data.
• Support audits, data integrity and compliance.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
• Advocate automation to scale onboarding.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge resources.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across onboarding.
