DATA4 in Île-de-France seeks a Technical Training & Competency Expert to manage and continuously improve the global training process. You will lead end-to-end training lifecycle, onboarding for new joiners, and act as the HR interface for training matters.

You will coordinate with Operations and HR, define KPIs, reports, and ensure training tools track completion. This role emphasizes process optimization, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, process management, or process ownership roles in large organizations.
• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing global processes with multiple stakeholders.
• English: fluent.

Responsabilités

• Define and establish global training policies and frameworks for the organization.
• Own the training process and supporting documentation from both a strategic and tactical perspective.
• Approve changes related to the training process and lead the development of improvement initiatives.
• Oversee the quality of training programs and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards.
• Promote adherence to training processes and policies across all business units.
• Align training KPIs with organizational objectives and ensure these goals are achieved.
• Act as the main point of contact with HR on training and competency matters.
• Accountable for scheduling, coordination, and delivery of the training plan.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training interventions and recommend improvements.
