Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Customer Success Account Manager, Digital - French to own renewals for the Digital Mid-Market in France, ensuring strong renewal terms and customer success. You will identify growth opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize churn.

You will manage 60+ renewals per quarter, engage customers to mitigate renewal risk, and help scale Samsara’s solutions across markets while aligning with our customer-first culture. Remote-friendly in France.

Qualifications

• Business fluency in French (spoken and written).
• 2+ years of full-cycle closing sales experience in a high-transaction environment.
• Record of consistent quota over-achievement.
• Comfort in a fast-changing, high-growth environment.
• Empathy for customers and teammates, and strong organisation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own 60+ renewals per quarter from end-to-end and exceed sales targets.
• Follow a structured scenario-based forecasting methodology.
• Engage with customers to identify and mitigate renewal risk and drive platform adoption at scale.
• Work cross-functionally with sales teams to solve problems and ensure a successful, smooth renewal.
• Contribute to an exceptional team environment that motivates the team to perform at its best.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally and across new offices.
