Lucentive is seeking an open-role growth lead to own go-to-market for its studio ventures on a remote-first basis. You will define positioning, select channels, and build the funnel from first touch to first value, while crafting retention loops that convert sessions into lasting habits.

You will work across verified ventures, set the plan, run experiments, and drive growth decisions with founders and product designers, ensuring momentum and a clean handoff as teams scale.

• You read agents and funnel metrics, discerning real changes from noise.
• You scrutinize outputs; you cut channels when data doesn’t justify.
• You chase questions beyond the first plausible answer to find root causes.
• You take ownership and launch campaigns or loops without waiting for a playbook.
• You see how parts connect and plan for long-term funnel resilience.
• You orchestrate work across teammates and stakeholders to align growth.

Responsibilities

• Set the positioning for each studio venture: audience, displacement, and the one sentence that unlocks the funnel.
• Choose and run the channels that fit the venture (paid, organic, partnerships, community, etc.).
• Build the funnel from first touch to first value and instrument it to reveal drop-offs.
• Design retention loops that turn a first session into a habit specific to the venture.
• Collaborate with the founder and product designer so growth and product decisions inform each other.
• Run fast experiments and document learnings, regardless of outcome.
• Carry growth momentum to a clean handoff for future dedicated growth hires.
