Lucentive is seeking a voice leader to own and maintain the company’s public voice across web, social, decks, and partner materials. The role ensures every publishment is backed by proof, not hype, and champions a coherent yet distinct voice across all pillars.

You will write, edit, and enforce guardrails to keep the Lucentive brand credible, verifiable, and consistent as the company grows across multiple channels and audiences.

Qualifications

• Own brand voice across multiple channels with sober, specific copy.
• Turn shipped work into stories, not hype.
• Edit others' writing without erasing their voice.
• Switch between distinct brand registers without collapsing them.

Responsibilities

• Own voice across surfaces.
• Own voice and tone across umbrella site, pillar pages, and social: coherent yet distinct per pillar.
• Write and edit core copy: landing pages, case narratives, announcements, and language introducing new engagements.
• Run the social rhythm across Lucentive's channels and determine what to post, in which voice, for which pillar.
• Enforce the proof-first standard with copy that names what happened, not what it hopes people believe.
• Turn work into stories by collaborating with pillar operators to publish engaging narratives.
• Maintain the brand guardrails so the voice survives edits beyond the original author.
