Voodoo in Paris is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to sit in the Central Growth department. You will lead transversal initiatives, venture projects, and play a central role in building a growth platform capable of scaling mobile products globally.

You will become a growth expert across user acquisition, creative, and monetization, collaborating with teams, designing processes, and owning high-priority programs with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a top school in engineering or business (Grande Ecole Program).
• 4–6 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (start-up, strategy consulting, investment banking, etc.).
• Fluent in French and English.
• Curious, highly analytical, and able to have an impact in any situation.
• Willing to work in an environment that values candor, freedom and responsibility.
• Nice to have SQL queries; gaming or performance marketing experience.

Responsabilités

• Become a growth expert: understand growth value chain, user acquisition, creative and monetization needs within a constantly evolving ad-tech ecosystem
• Lead high-priority projects within Growth, collaborating with teams across Voodoo
• Enjoy autonomy to identify problems, analyze root causes, design solutions and implement them
• Design and build leading processes and products
• Work on multiple projects in parallel, requiring adaptability
• Projects you might work on include identifying new business opportunities (incl. M&A), leading operational teams, hiring talent, launching new ventures
