You will coordinate work that crosses pillars, prepare the founder for pivotal conversations, and maintain a clear written record of every cycle. This remote-first role offers contract or full-time engagement with flexible start terms.

• You own decision follow-through and surface stalled items before they become issues.
• You coordinate work that crosses Labs, Studios, and Systems, ensuring cross-pillar alignment.
• You prepare the founder for conversations with a concise brief that answers the key questions.
• You triage what reaches the founder directly versus what can be resolved by a delegated decision.
• You own the written record of each operating cycle, documenting what was decided and why.
