Job summary

OhioX is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager for Europe. This remote role in France, with additional work in DE-Berlin, focuses on building and executing partner strategies with ISVs, GSIs, and hyperscalers to drive partner‑influenced revenue.

You will collaborate with Hyland sellers, cross‑functional GTM teams, and partner leadership to convert joint pipelines into closed deals and accelerate ecosystem growth.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in enterprise software sales or partnerships.
• Experience with co‑sell motions and joint go‑to‑market strategies.
• Proven ability to build relationships with ISVs, GSIs, hyperscalers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional partner strategies; drive partner‑influenced pipeline.
• Coordinate with Hyland sellers and partner teams through full sales cycle.
• Build strategic relationships; deliver enablement, plays, and qualification guidance.
• Maintain visibility into partner‑related pipeline; forecast and review cadence.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to align initiatives and scale partner plays.
• Conduct business reviews with partners and share insights to improve engagement.
