SEIDOR is seeking a Senior Test Management Specialist in France to lead testing efforts for products and releases. The role focuses on defining testing scope, planning, and coordinating with Test Engineers and stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The position emphasizes developing test documentation, executing tests across API, UI, and database layers, and driving defect management and process improvements in a collaborative environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain and contribute to test strategies, planning, processes, procedures and documentation.
• Review technical specifications and requirements, and develop test acceptance criteria and other test deliverables.
• Define the scope and approach of testing for products and releases in collaboration with Test Engineers and other stakeholders.
• Plan, control, monitor and report testing activities, including priorities, environments, tools and progress across involved parties.
• Prepare product-quality assessments by reviewing requirements and design documentation and by creating test scenarios, test cases and test data.
• Execute tests, assess outcomes and report product quality, problems and failures, proposing improvements where needed.
• Ensure effective defect management, including prioritization, root-cause analysis and follow-up.
• Use and develop test tools and automated tests to improve requirement coverage and enable fast, reliable execution.
• Perform API, database/SQL, UI and system-integration testing as relevant to the product.
• Work closely with project teams and stakeholders, clearly communicating test outcomes and quality risks.
