Lever, Inc. is seeking a Head of Growth – Europe to own the European DTC/Shopify growth engine across markets. This highly hands-on role combines performance marketing, creative strategy, landing-page optimization, offers development and rigorous experimentation for scalable revenue growth.

The role is remote with significant autonomy, reporting on ROAS, CAC, LTV, AOV, and margin. You will build a small growth team and shape European expansion from the ground up.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in DTC growth, performance marketing or e-commerce.
• Experience managing paid media budgets across Meta/Google/TikTok or similar.
• Ability to build and optimize landing pages, funnels and offers.
• Strong creative thinking to drive attention and conversion.
• Deep understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rate, AOV and margin.

Responsabilités

• Own the full European DTC/Shopify growth engine and target profitable, 100% YoY growth.
• Scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok and emerging channels.
• Lead creative growth strategy and develop high-performing ad assets.
• Build and optimize landing pages, funnels and offers across markets.
• Establish a structured experimentation program for tests and learnings.
• Own and monitor ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rate, AOV and contribution margin.
• Collaborate with operations, production, email/SMS and wholesale teams.
• Use AI to accelerate creative, copy, landing pages, reporting and workflows.
• Build a high-output growth team or network of specialists as needed.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of new opportunities and testing ideas.
