Jobgether is looking for a Head of Growth (f/m/x) based in France to lead a technology-driven B2B growth engine. You’ll own the growth strategy across Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, CRM, and Sales Development, building a scalable team and driving high-quality demand and revenue opportunities.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Account Management to optimize the customer journey, explore AI opportunities, and shape the commercial engine for long-term expansion.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Growth/Marketing with leadership responsibility.
• B2B marketing experience in tech/SaaS environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead Marketing and Sales Development teams and set direction.
• Build scalable multi-channel growth strategy (paid, organic, CRM, Product Marketing).
• Improve lead gen, pipeline, CAC, and ROAS.
• Align Marketing with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Account Management.
• Refine value proposition for priority B2B audiences across the journey.
• Set KPIs and drive data-driven growth decisions.
• Leverage AI to improve marketing workflows and scalability.
