Electra is seeking a Head of Marketing to own Europe-wide growth strategy, driving acquisition, activation and retention with a data-driven, AI-powered approach. You will manage multi-country budgets, align central strategy with local execution, and scale France with Germany as the top priority, reporting to the SVP Revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth, marketing or growth product in fast-scaling tech
• Experience managing acquisition and retention across multiple countries
• Strong analytics mindset and familiarity with AI for marketing
• Ability to structure and scale a function from 0 to 1

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the Growth strategy and budget across all countries.
• Own the Growth budget across countries and allocate by country, channel, initiative.
• Lead Acquisition and Retention poles, guiding objectives and resourcing.
• Challenge roadmaps to optimize CAC vs LTV and volume vs profitability.
• Coordinate with country marketing leads to align central strategy with local execution.
• Boost online visibility and top of funnel brand awareness for customer acquisition.
• Drive Conversion to hit revenue targets and grow ecosystem adoption.
• Grow Electra+ by increasing subscribers and managing pricing/ economics.
• Lead international rollout, adapting France playbook for new markets, with Germany as top priority.
• Own Growth North Star metrics and advance AI/automation for efficiency
