Pennylane, based in Paris, seeks a Team Lead Website to lead a multidisciplinary squad focusing on conversion and performance. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will structure the team, drive demo bookings and self-sign-ups, and scale experimentation across channels.

You will partner with Growth, Product, Engineering, Sales, Data, Brand, and Automation to deliver high-impact initiatives, improve metrics, and prepare for international expansion.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years experience in Growth, Conversion, or Product with people-management.
• Strong CRO or product-management experience for a high-traffic website.
• Proven track record delivering measurable conversion improvements.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Deep understanding of experimentation and A/B testing.
• Collaborates with Engineering on performance, tracking, and security (coding not required).
• Experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Hands-on with using AI to enhance squad operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Website squad and coordinate with Growth, Product, Engineering, Sales, Demand Gen, Data, Brand, and Automation teams.
• Set clear roles, objectives, and rituals; develop multidisciplinary profiles.
• Foster growth in autonomy and seniority within the team.
• Integrate AI into daily work to accelerate processes.
• Recruit additional talent as needed.
• Define and prioritize initiatives to improve demos and self-sign-ups.
• Monitor conversion KPIs and drive measurable business impact.
• Deliver brand redesigns and support new product launches.
• Prepare the website for international expansion.
