Jobgether, partnering with a France-based company, seeks a Creative Lead – DTC & Performance Creative. You will own the end-to-end creative engine across agencies and internal teams to drive customer acquisition through paid social.

The role blends creative leadership, agency management, performance marketing, and data-driven decision-making, with weekly briefs and metrics like CTR, ROAS, CVR guiding decisions. Fully remote with US time-zone overlap.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in performance creative or related field.
• Experience briefing and developing paid social creative for Meta/TikTok.
• Ability to connect creative decisions to performance metrics.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end creative production across agencies and internal teams.
• Lead agency relationships and manage partner output and results.
• Create ~10 creative briefs per week using research and performance data.
• Quality-check scripts, concepts, hooks, and video edits.
• Provide actionable feedback to strategists, editors, designers, and copywriters.
• Manage workflows and production tracking in Notion.
• Translate performance insights into team updates and repeatable processes.
• Collaborate across teams to improve efficiency and results.
