Job summary

Jobgether, listed through a partner company, seeks a Revenue Operations Manager based in France to drive GTM excellence across the EMEA region. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success to strengthen forecasting, pipeline visibility, and data-driven decision-making.

You will lead regional forecasting, optimize processes, and collaborate with FP&A to support realistic plans.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Revenue Operations or related GTM Ops field.
• Experience supporting EMEA go-to-market teams across multiple markets.
• Proven ability to manage forecasts, pipeline reviews, and executive-level meetings.
• Strong understanding of GTM lifecycle: lead gen, pipeline, handoffs, renewals.
• Hands-on with Salesforce and translating needs for technical teams.
• Analytical thinker who turns data into actionable business guidance.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS/high-growth tech environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary Revenue Operations partner for EMEA leaders across marketing, sales and CS.
• Forecast regional performance, manage pipeline reviews, and drive data hygiene.
• Coordinate with FP&A and Planning to support realistic business plans.
• Adapt global GTM processes to regional needs while maintaining consistency.
• Analyze pipeline trends and provide insights to drive revenue growth.
• Enable adoption of new sales motions and processes across teams.
• Collaborate with global teams to translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements.
