Job summary

Dust is seeking an EU Revenue Operations professional to own GTM workflows end-to-end, acting as a business partner for EU GTM leaders. You will deliver real-time dashboards, track KPIs and help leadership make fast, informed decisions.

You’ll also build internal tools using Dust to automate research, reporting, and workflows, reinforcing scalable, trusted processes across the team. The role is based in Paris with a strong in-person office culture, while offering flexibility for remote work as

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in revenue/sales operations or equivalent analytical role.
• Strong CRM fluency with automation tools and data analysis aptitude.
• Proven ability to scope, sequence, and ship cross-functional work.
• Bonus: experience with B2B SaaS or AI/ML and modern GTM stack.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM workflows end-to-end across Marketing, Sales and CS and ensure data quality in HubSpot.
• Partner with EU GTM leaders to translate priorities into processes and dashboards.
• Build internal tools and dust-based solutions to automate research, reporting and workflows.
