Jobgether SRL is seeking a Workday Director - EMEA Professional Services Leader based in France to drive regional performance and growth across a multi-country consulting organization.

You will oversee the full services business, shape commercial strategies, and lead experienced teams while building executive relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes for complex enterprise transformations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in consulting or professional services leadership.
• 5+ years leading regional or multi-country delivery teams.
• Deep Workday implementation and post-production services knowledge.
• Strong commercial sense with forecasting and planning experience.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and manage complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA Workday Professional Services business, owning revenue and margins.
• Partner with Sales and alliances to grow pipeline and opportunities.
• Oversee delivery governance, risk management, and quality across the region.
• Build executive client relationships and sponsor strategic accounts.
• Develop regional leadership, succession plans, and talent growth.
