Jobgether is seeking an Email Marketing Manager based in France to build and own the lifecycle email function for a B2C subscription product. You will design onboarding, retention, upsell, and win-back strategies, and collaborate with Product, UX, and Analytics to drive revenue.

You will run experiments, personalize communications, ensure deliverability and compliance, and report data-backed insights to the CEO. This is a remote-friendly role with international teams.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of commercial experience in Email Marketing or Lifecycle Marketing for B2C products.
• Proven ownership of email channel performance from strategy to revenue generation.
• Experience building and launching lifecycle and trigger-based email flows.
• Strong knowledge of deliverability, segmentation, and testing frameworks.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end email marketing performance and lifecycle campaigns.
• Audit flows (onboarding, cart, retention) and prioritize improvements for impact.
• Build a backlog of hypotheses and run A/B tests across emails and flows.
• Segment audiences by behavior, geography, and quiz responses for personalization.
• Analyze funnel: delivery, opens, clicks, purchases, revenue.
• Collaborate with Product and Analytics to track and attribute email impact.
• Maintain list health, consent, and compliance across markets.
• Write compelling email copy with UX/design alignment.
• Propose new opportunities to scale email channels and report to leadership.
