Payhawk in Paris, France is seeking its first lifecycle marketing hire to build email from zero into a nurturing channel for prospects and customers. This is a senior individual-contributor role reporting to the VP Growth Marketing, with plans to build a team within 12 to 18 months.

You will own renewal/retention campaigns, lead-nurture tracks, upsell campaigns, and advocacy programs, coordinating with regional marketing leads and marketing operations to track performance and ensure consistent

Qualifications

• Senior lifecycle marketing experience in B2B SaaS
• Hands-on expertise with a marketing automation platform end-to-end
• Comfort being the first and only person in the role, building with no existing playbook or team to inherit
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with regional marketing leads
• Track record of using retention/expansion metrics to guide strategy

Responsibilities

• Build renewal and retention campaigns to protect and grow the customer base
• Launch and manage lead-nurture tracks for prospects not yet sales-ready
• Launch and manage opportunity-nurture tracks to expand deals and win rates
• Expand into upsell and expansion campaigns, win-back and advocacy programs
• Align campaigns with regional pipeline and retention targets with regional leads
• Partner with marketing operations to ensure tracking and reporting
• Own all external customer email communications and coordinate with Product Marketing
