Jobgether seeks a Website & Lifecycle Marketing Lead based in France to own the digital experience that converts visitors into customers and drives loyalty. You will lead website optimization, lifecycle marketing, and email programs across multiple product lines, collaborating with leadership, product, design, and engineering.

You will translate customer insights into messaging and measurable outcomes, shaping strategy, running experiments, and implementing improvements from concept to execution

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B or e-commerce marketing with website optimization ownership.
• Customer-centric copywriting based on research and feedback.
• Lifecycle or email marketing programs with measurable results.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own website structure, messaging, and conversion performance.
• Design end-to-end customer journeys including onboarding and retention.
• Develop product-line positioning and consistent messaging.
• Plan and optimize lifecycle emails to drive activation and retention.
