Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company in France, seeks a Traffic (User Acquisition) Team Lead to drive performance marketing across PPC and affiliate channels. This fully remote role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution, focusing on budgets, ROAS, CAC, and LTV while guiding a distributed team of managers.

The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with commercial acumen, mentoring peers and owning reporting, testing roadmaps, and partner negotiations to unlock scalable

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven hands-on PPC management and affiliate marketing experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with metric-driven mindset.
• Budget ownership and data-driven investment decisions.
• Experience with multi-channel growth and attribution platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead PPC and Affiliate Managers, set KPIs and roadmaps.
• Manage multi-channel acquisition strategy and budgets.
• Oversee PPC optimization, keyword bidding, and audience targeting.
• Negotiate and optimize affiliate partnerships and traffic sources.
• Maintain tracking integrity across GA4, Mixpanel, and affiliate platforms.
