Job summary

AI Digital seeks an experienced Director of Supply Operations to lead Smart Supply, our deal management and supply curation platform. You will oversee AdOps, drive monetization, and build scalable workflows while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Sales.

The role requires strong programmatic expertise, a track record of managing 20+ staff, and fluency in English. We offer USD compensation and a fully remote work setup with international eligibility.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in programmatic advertising, AdTech, or a closely related field.
• Strong knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem and supply-side operations.
• Experience leading teams of 20+ people with hiring and performance management.
• Ability to drive monetization, testing, and optimization initiatives.
• Fluent English with clear communication to C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational performance of Smart Supply excluding direct sales.
• Lead and develop the AdOps team and drive technical implementation.
• Drive monetization, curation, vendor optimization, margins, and revenue growth.
• Oversee monetization-related Client Services / Account Management functions.
• Develop structured testing approaches for new technologies and traffic sources.
• Review results and guide optimization opportunities.
• Communicate testing results and recommendations clearly, to stakeholders.
• Provide executive leadership with conclusions and limitations of approaches.
• Partner with Sales to align operations with market needs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on direction and feasibility.
• Build scalable workflows, introduce automation, and improve efficiency.
• Lead hiring, performance management, and organizational changes.
